In 2018, Monika graduated from the Institute of Complementary and Alternative Therapies in Toronto. She has practiced massage therapy the world over - including Lithuania and Ireland! 

Monika has experience treating hockey and football players, MVA’s, individuals with postural issues, pre-natal women and more! Her treatments can include deep tissue massage, stretching and joint mobilization, cupping and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization).
